Introducing your baker - My journey to this blog
Hello there! Myself Yazhini Jayachandran. I’m a teen entrepreneur and content creator and my passion is to bake. My baking journey started when I was 11 years old. I’ve had this interest in cooking since I was a kid too but I decided to take action about it during COVID - 19 pandemic when I had an excessive amount of leisure time. Well, let’s just say that it was not always perfectly frosted cupcakes or picture perfect cookies. I’ve had my fair share of burnt bottom, dry as hell cakes,and cookies turned to something more like (tasty) muesli. What matters is that I took my time troubleshooting these recipes and making the dishes more presentable. So why this blog? One; I want to share my recipes with all the people out there, two; I want to share my experience so that beginner bakers identify and rectify their mistakes before they even do it.
